Electronic Consent Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Introduction

This Electronic Consent Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of electronic signatures, records, and communications between you and Lean Personal Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of Cash Advance by LP Finance ("Platform").

By using our Platform or services, you agree to conduct business electronically with us and our lending partners.

2. Consent to Electronic Communications

You consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures ("Communications") that we provide in connection with your use of our Platform electronically. This includes but is not limited to:

  • This Agreement and any amendments
  • Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
  • Loan application status updates
  • Loan offers and disclosures from lending partners
  • Account notifications and alerts
  • Customer service communications
  • Legal notices and disclosures required by law

3. How We Will Provide Electronic Communications

We may provide Communications to you by:

  • Email to the address you provided during registration
  • Posting on our website or mobile application
  • SMS/text message to your mobile phone number
  • Push notifications through our mobile app

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and retain electronic Communications, you need:

  • A device with internet access (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
  • A current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption
  • A valid email address
  • Sufficient storage space or a printer to save or print Communications
  • PDF reader software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to view documents

5. Keeping Your Contact Information Current

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current. If your email address or other information changes, you must update it promptly by contacting us at support@leanpersonalfinance.com.

6. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at support@leanpersonalfinance.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in termination of your access to certain services and features of the Platform.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any electronic Communications provided or business conducted prior to the withdrawal.

7. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us at support@leanpersonalfinance.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies. You can also print or download electronic Communications for your records at no charge.

8. Electronic Signatures

By clicking "I Agree," "Submit," or similar buttons, or by using our Platform, you are providing your electronic signature, which is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

9. Federal and State Laws

This Agreement is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and other applicable federal and state laws regarding electronic transactions.
